Q : What is Network Marketing?

A : Essentially, Network Marketing is very similar to Franchising. It has all the advantages, such as owning your own business, benefiting from the experience and support of a multi-national company, and generating secure revenues based on a proven system. And at the same time, it avoids all the downsides, such as having huge start-up and monthly operating costs, being obligated to pay royalties, having to deal with employees, having a very complex accounting system for taxes and salaries, and being bound by very strict policies. Q : What is Phoenix Alliance’s main objective?

A : We help our members build a solid USANA business, which will generate residual income. Once that objective has been met, each member can then choose to practice their profession or trade, run another business, develop personal projects, create art pieces, do charity work, travel, study, or anything else they dream of. And since their USANA business pays the bills every week, Phoenix Alliance members experience true freedom of choice in every aspect of their lives by financing themselves, instead of running after banks and grants.

 

Q : How long does it take for my entire investment to repay itself?

A : After the end of the third month, the weekly commission checks generated by your USANA business will have totalled the amount of the purchase of your USANA business as well as the two other months of basic business expenses. And the tuition fee is 100% reimbursed upon successful completion of the training. From the fourth month onward, you are generating positive net revenues.

 

Q : How does the 35 «$1000.00 Tuition Scholarships» work?

A : Each Phoenix Alliance member who succeeds in training will be reimbursed 100% of the training cost. Upon starting the training, very clear, concrete, exact and precise objectives will be explained to you. During the graduation celebration (held shortly after the end of the 3-month training) the Founding Leader will reimburse the entire tuition fee to every Graduate who reaches each of these objectives in the timeframe established.

 

Q : Is the Phoenix Alliance training available online?

A : At the moment, our training is only available in the classroom, but many of our tools and resources are online. And we are already working on an online format of our training itself, which we hope will be available in 12 to 24 months.

 

Q : Is the Phoenix Alliance training accredited ?

A : Our goal is to be accredited by the SOFEDUC. With that in mind, we are gradually building the necessary files to request accreditation for our training. From what we understand of the process, and the different elements required, it should be possible for Phoenix Alliance to receive its accreditation in approximately 24 months.

 

Q : What is the exact relationship between Phoenix Alliance and USANA Health Sciences?

A : Phoenix Alliance is the name the Founding Leader, Sophie A. Church, chose for her USANA Independent Distributorship. Every new member of her USANA business is offered an opportunity to become a member of Phoenix Alliance by registering for the training. Phoenix Alliance is the banner under which she developed the B.E.S.T. training system that teaches how to build and develop a successful and efficient USANA business, so it produces passive, leveraged and residual income for years to come.

 

Q : Why could I not simply register as an associate, directly with USANA?

A : As a Network Marketing company, USANA only accepts new associates through sponsorship of existing associates. USANA is definitively among the very best companies in the industry. So it is up to each entrepreneur to choose which USANA team to join, in order to best help him/her achieve their goals and dreams.

 

Q : What is the area of expertise of USANA Health Sciences ?

A : Biotechnology leading to optimal health, and the creation of wealth. It is a world leader in its domain, sticks to its area of expertise and manufactures their products in their own laboratories, under the strictest government guidelines there are.

 

Q : What is my new USANA business going to be generally about?

A : Marketing : transfer of information to prospective associates concerning the USANA business plan and products.

 

Q : How are the tasks divided between USANA, and me?

A : USANA does the research and development of the products and marketing tools, they open new markets in other countries, they transact with consumers to sell products and collect payments, they keep track of all transactions and pay each associate directly each week, and all other work of that nature. Your only tasks are to choose four associates and work with them as a team to market (not sell) USANA’s business plan and products.

 

Q : Why are there not more details about the B.E.S.T. system?

A : The B.E.S.T. system has required many years of development and testing; it has become a very valuable asset. As such, it is only normal that the intellectual property of its creator be protected and that this precious resource be reserved exclusively for Phoenix Alliance registered members.

 

Q : What are a few examples of the things to do, contained in the B.E.S.T. weekly list of tasks?

A : Choosing four team members gradually over the first month, attending a weekly training, reading specific chapters of a book, exploring specific areas of web sites, supervising your four team members at crucial times, etc.

 

Q : Why does each Phoenix Alliance member have to choose exactly four team members?

A : Like every other aspect of the B.E.S.T. system, it is designed to maximize the potential of the USANA business plan. In this particular case, less than four team members does not give you the maximum return the plan allows, whereas more than four is not necessary in the beginning and dilutes your efforts.

 

Q : How does PayPal work, and do I need a PayPal account in order to register in the training?

A : It’s simple, and you don’t need a PayPal account. Using PayPal is very similar to making an Internet purchase directly with your credit card, except that you enter your credit card information on the PayPal site instead of on the online store site. Phoenix Alliance uses PayPal technology to accept tuition fees by credit card, all the while insuring that our members have their financial information protected by the most used global e-commerce solution in the world.

 

Q : Is PayPal a secure method of transferring funds over the Internet?

A : Yes. The PayPal site is highly secure. They use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs. Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.

 

Q : What happens once I have reserved my spot in the next training session by paying the tuition fee?

A : Once you’ve taken the first step towards your financial success, a staff member from our Public Relations department will contact you to schedule an individual meeting with Phoenix Alliance’s Founding Leader, to make your membership official.

 

Q : Why is the web site in English only?

A : Some of the tools used in the B.E.S.T. system are only available in English and translating them would infringe upon copyright laws. Also, in the fields of international business and science, English is the language primarily used.
