Phoenix Alliance distinguishes itself by its philosophy. We consider that carefully choosing, training and supporting a few good members builds a much stronger team than high-volume recruiting and selling. This has made us very successful at accomplishing our mission. The Founding Leader has spent many years perfecting the method she uses to train every new Phoenix Alliance member. When it comes to training, she follows in the footsteps of the best.

If you are chosen as a Phoenix Alliance member, you certainly possess many of the qualities from our profile,
but one of the most important ones, is to be teachable. Starting a business is hard work, but having a great
teacher is the key element that makes all the difference. The Phoenix Alliance Founding Leader will help you
achieve in twelve weeks the success it took her twelve months to attain on her own.

From the day you purchase your business, the first six weeks are the boot camp during which you will be guided
toward building a very solid foundation for your new business. During this time, you will attend a weekly three-
hour training session. As a Phoenix Alliance member, you will have access to our exclusive resources. You will
also choose your four team members during this time.

During the next six weeks, you will be training and supporting your team, with the help of the Founding Leader
and other Phoenix Alliance team leaders. You will also strengthen the foundation of your business.

For the rest of the first year, you will support your team and strategize how, when and where you will expand
your business, always with the Founding Leader’s help and support.

After that, you will be deciding which of your dreams to make come true first.

ORGANIZATIONS (NOT-FOR-PROFIT AND ALL OTHERS)

Phoenix Alliance’s mission also includes helping organizations generating the necessary revenues to fund their activities. To reach that goal, Phoenix Alliance offers FREE training to all organizations that become members. The entire tuition fee is waived for the organization as well as for their four team members. This is a $7,500 gift from us to your organization.

Income disclaimer (Canada)
$108,000 is the average yearly income for an established, full-time USANA Associate. $35,000 is the annual average of those who earned as little as one commission cheque each month. Total earnings include commissions, leadership bonus, matching bonus, contests and incentive compensation. The number of full-time Associates who have maxed at least 1 Business Centre during the year equals less than 1% of all Associates. Those Associates earning as little as one cheque a month and associated with USANA for more than six months equals 3% of all ordering Associates. If you include all 135,590 ordering Associates, which includes: Associates not actively building a business (acting as wholesale buyers), Associates who just joined (as little as one day), and those who are just beginning to build their customer base, the average yearly income is still $873.25 with nearly one in three earning a cheque. To date, USANA has had more than 200 global Associates become lifetime Million Dollar Club members.
